Data we process

This guide does not ask you for any personal data. While you browse, our analytics provider (Vercel) processes the following technical data:

• Truncated IP address (Vercel Analytics does not store the full IP).
• Browser and device type (user-agent).
• Selected language.
• Aggregated navigation events: section viewed, map click, contact click, download, language change.

Purpose

To measure use of the guide in aggregate so we can improve the service (which content is consulted most, in which languages, etc.). We do not build profiles or take automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in analysing the use of the guide in an aggregated and minimally intrusive way. The analytics is cookieless and cannot identify you.

Data processor

Analytics is provided by Vercel Inc. (USA). The international transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Vercel's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More info at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Retention period

Aggregated data is retained according to Vercel Analytics' own retention. We do not keep a local copy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to processing, restrict and port your data. To exercise them write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Video surveillance at the property

Information about the camera installed at the property, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Purpose

The property has a single camera, located indoors, facing the main entrance door and with its back to the rest of the house. Its purpose is access control and the security of the property, given that there is no staffed reception.

What it captures

The system records video. It does not capture audio. The frame does not reach the property's living areas, the public street, or common areas belonging to others.

Legal basis

Legitimate interest of the controller (art. 6.1.f GDPR), for the protection of the people and property at the accommodation.

Storage and recipients

Recordings are stored locally, on a memory card inside the device itself; no cloud services are used and no international transfers take place. Only the person responsible for the property has access. Recordings are not shared with third parties, except when required by law enforcement, courts or tribunals.

Retention period

Recordings are kept for a limited period, currently being determined, after which they are automatically overwritten.

Your rights over the footage

In addition to the general rights listed above, to access a recording in which you appear you must provide us with the approximate date and time; we will only provide you with the part in which you appear, protecting the image of third parties. Write to us at [email protected].
